At Parrothead Republic, we want you to love your island-inspired gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging when possible

  • Include proof of purchase or order number

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom & Personalized Items

Many of our products are custom or made-to-order. Because of this, customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the eligible item for a refund.
